Lindsey Mears is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 7 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse and over 15 years as an RN with a specialty in critical care and emergency nursing. She is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia and a summa cum laude graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina with a Masters of Science in Nursing. Lindsey is a certified injector and specializes in Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, and Fillers. She is also certified in VI peels, Microneedling with PRP and Obagi, Revision, and Neocutis skincare. She believes that continuous learning is the minimum requirement for success in any field and is always looking for new opportunities to deliver the safest, most natural results for her patients. Lindsey is excited to continue her training in Advanced Neurotoxin Techniques and Fillers.
Lindsey and her husband, Brandon, are both Augusta natives and love spending time with their three children; Hall and twins Glenn Kathryn and Vivian. Lindsey loves to travel, cook delicious, healthy meals and do anything outdoors! She has a passion for skin care and helping her clients become the most confident and natural version of themselves. As a busy wife and mother, she knows there is nothing more important than a little self-love. Katie Wilkins Glover is a Certified Physician Assistant. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Master of Physician Assistant Program at Augusta University. She began her career in plastic and reconstructive surgery where she developed a passion for investing in women’s confidence and holistic beauty.
Katie is an Advanced Certified Injector and believes in the importance of honoring the unique and beautiful features that every person possesses. She is an advocate for bespoke and responsible aesthetic treatments. She is proficient in Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Daxxify neuromodulators and advanced injection techniques of Juvederm, Restylane, & RHA dermal fillers, as well as Radiesse and Sculptra biostimulatory agents, and Kybella. She is also experienced in PRP Microneedling, PRP hair restoration, and prescription skin care. Katie is committed to continuing her education and evolving and expanding her technical skills to ensure that her patients receive the best care possible. Kate Parker is a Licensed Esthetician. An Augusta native, Kate attended Gainesville College and received her Medical Assisting degree from Augusta Technical College.
Kate found her “happy place” in aesthetics 5 years ago and has been a serious skin care enthusiast ever since! She loves interacting with clients, getting to know their skin, and helping them create routines that augment their God given beauty. Melissa Rainsford is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specialized in Anesthesia (CRNA). She is a practicing CRNA at Piedmont Augusta. An Augusta native, Melissa attended the Georgia Institute of Technology majoring in Science Technology and Culture with a concentration in BioMedicine. Melissa was an active member of her sorority, ADPi, and was a Varsity Cheerleader. She graduated Georgia Tech with Honors in three and half years. Melissa then moved back to Augusta to pursue her career in Nursing Anesthesia at the Medical College of Georgia where she finished in 2015.
Melissa and Lindsay are the masterminds behind MAC and are now focusing on helping MAC grow through business management.
Melissa loves to spend time with her husband, Bettis, and their four children; Beau (8), twins, Vann and Phin (6), and her baby girl Anne Catherine (5). While she is busy at home chasing kids, she is very passionate in her job as both a CRNA and as a business owner. Melissa is so excited about our team, and understands the need for women to feel beautiful, natural, and rested. Melissa believes there is nothing more beautiful than natural beauty. She has been amazed by the services MAC offers, and by the fact that she no longer has to wear makeup - for the first time in years. The best compliment anyone could give you is to say you look rested. That is our goal!

Lindsay Anderegg is an Advance Practice Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and founder of Medical Aesthetics Concierge. Lindsay has over 11 years of experience as a CRNA and 19 years as an RN. She is an Atlanta native and a graduate of University of New England with a Masters of Science in Nursing. Lindsay is a practicing CRNA at Piedmont Augusta.
Lindsay and Melissa are the masterminds behind MAC and are now focusing on helping MAC grow through business management.
In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband Tyler, a board certified Anesthesiologist and active duty Army officer, their two boys Brooks (8), and Wyatt (7) and their baby girl Ellery (4). Lindsay loves Jesus, riding her Peloton, and is a big advocate for self care! She is thrilled to help her clients become the best versions of themselves by delivering personalized treatments with natural looks resulting in her clients feeling beautiful and rejuvenated.
